Using myDAQ to graph synchronized digital and analog waveforms

I am using a mixed signal graph to display both analog and digital data, however the two waveforms are not synced. The digital input seems to be off by 0.05 seconds. I tried using a sample clock for each input but I continue to get an error when using it with the digital input and I am not sure why. I also tried using two seperate myDAQs, one for the digital input and the other for the analog input but this did not change my results. 

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to approach my problem? I've attached a photo of my VI so far.

The myDAQ doesn't support HW triggering.  The 2nd post above has this link to a software triggering community example:
