Use myDAQ to supply an xbee module

Hi.

I just use the function generator's DC offset on myDAQ to supply 3.3V to an Xbee with a breadboard. When I connect the analogue output of myDAQ to the Xbee Vcc pin directly, the output voltage drops from 3.3V to around 1.9V. Is that because of the input impedance of Xbee that divides the voltage? It should be 1M ohms from the datasheet. Should I use an op amp to give an infinite input impedance. Or I just didn't use the right method to have a DC power supply from myDAQ.

Thanks
