What hardware are you using? Take a look at this forum post on the Freescale forums. It looks like they use BDM Firmware: https://community.freescale.com/thread/304404

I am using the Freescale HCS12 Microcontroller Experimenter. Its the one that is used together with NI Elvis II.

The board comes with an MC9S12C128 MCU.
I need that firmware so to inspire my students for their project development using freecale board and labview.

I am also using same security vi's and having NI ELVIS II freescale board using HCS12 microcontroller P&E USB BDM Multilink option, but I am getting the error of 200559 while running my vi's as in my post.
