I may have found what were looking for. There is a link to a NI White Paper below which allows you to download the full student course ware. However, in the Overview section, it also discusses how to get the instructor version of this course ware.

In order to get the instructor version after purchasing the Quanser QNET Mechatronics Sensors Add-On Board teacher's manual you should join the QNET Community Page, or you can email quanser@ni.com. If you have not purchased the Quanser QNET Mechatronics Sensors Add-On Board, you should be able to get the course material included in your purchase.
