Pt100 in myRio

I start my adventure with myRio and  i would like to measure the temperature with pt100. somebody do something like that?

congratulations to the choice of great adventure with myRIO. Lot of people do something like that.

You can start with Project Essentials Guide for myRIO or go for video version of Lesson 8: Thermistors.

Another good starting point might be to take a look in the examples in LabVIEW: Help > Find Examples > Hardware Input and Output > DAQmx > Analog Input. There is an example called 'RTD or Thermoresistor - Continuous Input.vi'.
