Problem about myRIO UART read/write when run as start up

hi all

I am working on the project which need to use RS 232 to transmit data to WSN 3230 and receive these string message in WSN gateway. When myrio was connected to my notebook via USB and execute by my notebook. Everything was ok, I can get string message in WSN gateway.  The problem is that i set myrio run as start up. I cannnot get any string message. Is it a problem about the uart setting?

What's your setup? Are you using your myRIO to send strings to the WSN gateway through the node? What gateway are you using?

It is also not completely clear when you are running into issues -- so the program works fine when you run the code in the LabVIEW development environment, but doesn't work when you create it into an executable?
