I have a myRIO that I need to restore to its full original settings, but I don't have the administrative password--it was set very, very long ago. Do y'all know what steps should I take to perform a full reset that'll wipe the device back to its original settings? Thanks!

Hi Daniel,
Do you have a service contract with NI? Please contact Support at NI (phone number: 866-275-6964) for further help on resetting the password on your myRIO. Mention that an Applications Engineer directed you to create a service request from the forums. Please reference KB 6B7FB4GW when you contact them for additional information.

Thanks, Josh! I'm a partner, actually, working for OSIsoft, and I don't think I was provided support contract information. I'd hope that this would be something I could find in the online or printed documentation, but sadly it's not to be found in either place. Would you know offhand where there'd be another document that could contain instructions? Thanks!
