We are not talking about programming the myRIO, we are talking about using an Xbox 360 controller on the myRIO. There is no support for Xbox 360 controllers in Linux RT.

Hi Sam,

You are correct that 3rd party devices are not supported. However, the myRIO comes with a joystick shipping example that should work with a usb "joystick" such as an Xbox controller. I was able to test this functionality with a Playstation controller without the use of a 3rd party driver. Granted, the functionality could be different between the devices. What I was tryig to say in my previous post is that everything you need to use a controller and program it accordingly should be available in those links. If that is not the case, then you will need to get/create a driver for the Xbox controller.
