From "NI ELVIS II Pinout Descriptio" I know about
"BoardID<0..7>- These eight lines signify the unique ID of each type of prototyping board by shorting them to VCC or to GROUND."
In my own board I have connect 5volt to boardID pinouts, but I dont know how I can measure my boardID value.

Hi Manushak,
BoardID's are only for third party boards and not NI prototyping boards. Are you developing your own board?

Hi Sunaina.
Yes, I have developed my own board.

Hi Manushak,
You would need to get in touch with your Technical Sales Representative by calling 1-888-280-7645.

Hi Sunaina
My Elvis II and my own board don't have technical problems.
I want to measure boardID value in my VI, without using digital channels, I can't find function or DAQ property to measure boardID.

Hi Manushak,
If you call the Technical Sales Representative, they will be able to put you in touch with R&D who will be able to help you to incorporae your custom board with Elvis. You can read the boardID by Dev1/channelName_BoardID, where Dev1 is the Elvis Board.

I had exactly the same question
I tried the above and found that Dev1\_BoardID digital lines work and show the ID
Thanks
