I'd like to take the specifications and paramethers of the QNET DCMCT in LabView using the data collected by LabView and run it in MatLab, for example. Is that possible?

You can use Network Published Variables, to communicate data from LabVIEW to other non NI software, you  can read more about this possibility in the following document.
