Hello, When I try to install myRIO ("NI myRIO USB Monitor" / "Launch the Getting Started Wizard"), I get this error and it says that a file transfer error (FTP or WebDAV) occurred,

also myRIO Status LED is blinking twice every few seconds.

I know it mostly happens with Win 8.1 but maybe it's the same issue on win7

Also the LED flashing twice indicates this: (Page 13 of the RIO specs)

The device has detected an error in its software.

This usually occurs when an attempt to upgrade the software is interrupted.

Reinstall software on the device

我出现的问题是360杀毒软件把RT images里的所有.err文件删掉了，在NI MAX里安装，出现提示里缺少的文件，找装好的电脑里找缺少的文件，复制过来，就解决了
