Apart from the 2nd wait not fitting your earlier description and the you should have a small wait in the read-loop (and the extra error wire) it should work. Try running it in Highlight- and Retain wire values-mode. Maybe you're checking the wrong input/outputs? Port 0 isn't at pin 0.

Your problem description is sorely lacking. Just saying that it does no do what you want is less than descriptive. Does it not exit the loop, not turn on the LED, blow up?
