    Here you'll find a discussion about subpanels and activex objects. it points to two bugs (as I think)
     
    1- Activex controls in a subpanel will be invisible after several times of reloading the VI in the subpanel. [See Demo]
     
    2- When a subpanel becomes invisible, its frame and its included FP will become invisible, but activex objects will not! [See Demo]
