Hi there,

 

You are correct, this part is not in the Multisim Master Database. I was looking around and found out that some manufacturers have marked this part as obsolete.

 

The 74195N is also a 4-bit Parallel Access Shift Register.

You should not use components which may be discontinued by the manufacturer(s) in the near future. Unfortunately parts are discontinued more and more faster. Most manufacturers have recommendations for replacing discontinued components with ones with same or better functionality.
