When I try to drag instrument I/O assistant into the block diagram I receive an error message " Measurment Explorer or Instrument I/O Assistant not installed correctely. Please install these ftom the LabVIEW Driver CD." I have LabVIEW 2009 9.0f2 (32bit) installed and Measurment & Automation Ver 4.6.0f1

First make sure that you have installed the following drivers:
- NI-VISA
- NI-488.2 this is necessary only if you are using GPIB

Both of these drivers are available for download on the National Instruments website.NI-VISA and NI-488.2

After these drivers are installed, you should uninstall and reinstall
the Instrument I/O Assistant from the Device Driver CD. If you do not
have the Device Driver CD you can download it from our website. Make
sure the Instrument I/O assistant is selected when you install the
drivers, as shown in the attached zip file.
