Hi Somil,

I've attached a VI. I'm finding difficulties to do some changes to it.

The concern>>

1. I want to the edit the numeric controls into boolean increas and decrease buttons.

Meaning, I do want to manually clcik the radix to input values.

Instead, for every axis, have 1 increase and decrease button and the value is reflected in the numeric control.

I need ur expertise in this. Pls do help.

See, you have increment/decrement button also along with the numeric control. is that not serving your purpose?

Hi Somil,

I do not want the increase/decreas button. Instead have boolean to do the function.

For better front panel usage and appearance.

Ok. you want separate buttons (increase and decrease) instead of the numeric control

then use the VI which i posted yesterday or you still want something else?

Hi Somil,

oh K.. I shall try that first.

And 1 more important thing.

The needle's movement's speed is variable meaning it can be chosen from a given set of values.

But I can only show it in terms of time delay in my case.

I could not find any XYZ plot in LabVIEW for me to simulate these effects.

I can only show it in XY which is inadequate. I've attached  a VI to illustrate that.

I'm also wondering how to input these set of speed values in conjunction with my movement Vi.

Meaning, the operation is such:

1. First the appropriate speed is chosen say speed 1 out of 5 kinds of speed.

2. Then the increase and decease buttons are pressed, moving at the chosen speed.

3. Finally numeric controls to reflect the movement coordinates.

I am clueless of how to combine these 3 functions together.

PLs advice.
