Can anyone tell me how to interact with SAP?

I have the Database Tool kit and have been sucessful in working with Access to store test data, but I'd like to put my data into our company-wide SAP system.

I'm starting to work with our SAP gurus, but I'm sure they've never heard of Labview and won't be able to tell me what I have to do on my end.

Has anyone out there done this that could give me some pointers?

Hi Mike,

I'm afraid I wasn't able to turn up an SAP-specific LabVIEW guides.  I did, however, take a look at some SAP information online and saw that it has an ODBC driver and supports SQL.  So, I think that your interaction with it will be very similar to your interaction with MSAccess. 

I think that you will set up the database in the ODBC Data Source Adminstrator (Control Panel>>Administrative Tools) and use the Database location to open the connection in LabVIEW.  I don't know the specifics of its SQL support but this document (which you may have already) looked very helpful: http://www.sapdb.org/pdf/usmanodbc_eng.pdf.

Perhaps one of our forums regulars uses SAP themselves?
