How do I communicate NI 4431 card with MATLAB simulink?

Your question is not clear.  I understand you are using the USB 4431, but are you wondering if you can use the device with simulink?  And I'm not sure what you mean by, "At the real time as we communicate?"  Any clarification would help.

at the first i must apologize for my wrong question.

I want to relate between MATLAB's simulink and NI usb-4431 in the way of Real time ,i.e. the sensor gives NI usb-4431 the data and this instrument gives matlab's simulink the data of the sensor.then the data was processed by matlab's simulink.in the next step the processed data(out put) was transformed to NI usb-4431 and then NI usb-4431 send it to the actuator.this process must has been continued in real time.

You may have to speak with Matlab's engineers, as I do not have any knowledge of how to communicate with devices through Simulink.
