LabVIEW Champions

Does anyone (National Instruments) know when the latest batch of "LabVIEW Champion" directory web pages will go live. JR basically said that the web developers were going to busy most of September rolling out new content (LV8 pages) but that the new Champion's pages would go live today. I guess it is still "today" today, but as it is Friday afternoon I suspect that "Dave and Busters" is calling! I figure that those of you that had the good luck not to meet me in person are just dying to see my picture   Smiley SurprisedSmiley WinkSmiley Very Happy

Hey guys, I'm on it.

I found the request internally and kicked it to get it rolling again.  🙂

Thanks!

Nice picture, Putnam.

As many of the champions, you are fully RFC2323 compliant. 😄

Hi Molly,

I need to ask a favor.  Can you move me (Ray Robichaud) to a location a bit further North of Texas? 😉

Many Thanks,

Ray

😄

I can send a digital photo as well.

Thanks Christian! I guess, from a quick perusal of some of the others you are correct.

Ray (aka. JLV) -
You have "moved North" on the member directory.
If you want to send me a digital picture, I would be happy to submit that as an update to your page for you.
Thanks!

From the LabVIEW Champions Program FAQ:

Q:  How does National Instruments select and maintain the LabVIEW Champions?
A: LabVIEW Champions are selected in one of two ways. First, they may be nominated by National Instruments employees and other members within the LabVIEW Community. Secondly, they may apply online through the LabVIEW Champions website. Each year on May 1, all nominations and applications are collected and the directors of the LabVIEW Champions Program determine who will join and/or remain in the LabVIEW Champions Program for the coming year.

I guess the decisions will be made sometime between May 1 and NI-WEEK.

You are supposed to get a status update within five business days. How long did you wait?

I am sure I did it for 1,5 years(may be autumn of 2007)

Than now for 4-5 months again (spring/sommer of 2009)

But never got any answer or feedback. I mean no "yes", no "no" and no "e-mail confirmation". I think it should be changed by NI.

Thanks
