How to log data on micro SD with myRIO ?

Hello community !

I need to log data on a micro SD with myRIO.

For the needs of my project, I am using the Digilent Shield Adapter for NI myRIO (https://reference.digilentinc.com/ni/mxp_shield_adapter) and the Micro SD Breakout board+ from Adafruit (https://www.adafruit.com/product/254). After several hours of tries, I can't figure out how to store measurements in the micro SD but here is what I found.

Data logging on the micro SD is performed with SPI protocol (http://elm-chan.org/docs/mmc/mmc_e.html). But I don't know if I could store data on my SD by naviguating through the myRIO linux file structure like on this example : https://decibel.ni.com/content/docs/DOC-34907.

I am a beginner on myRIO but any help from the NI community would be really appreciated. Thank you !
